is the expected waiting time for the transfer to start?
Data transfer is initiated immediately after the file was uploaded to ingress. Your files will be moved as fast as possible to destination.

SFTP Gateway uses a different approach than other storage products, making it more reliable and easy to use. Rather than using custom SDKs or mounting on virtual systems, it uploads the entire file to the destination: AWS S3 Buckets, on-prem SFTP servers, or Azure Blob Storage. It is the ideal entry point for automated data integration between your application and external storage solutions. It also complies with security solutions that require data transfer audit and ssh key-based SFTP authentication.
